Major New Features
- New “Email Action Toolbar” in the message view dialog allows to quickly follow-up with the contact, file the message, and capture any portion of the text into new PIM items.

Improvements and Functionality Refinements
Today View
- Recent messages area fully configurable via preferences.
- Small weather icon added next to the day name(s) in the in the meeting section.
- Added ability to copy the quote to the clipboard.
- Message display is now scrollable.
- Task and Call section configurable similar to the way it is in outlook
- The description is now shown for Task and Calls dated for today
- Past due Tasks and Calls now shown
- Option added to show Tasks and Calls completed today
- Option added in Today View preferences dialog to turn off each section
- Added numerous visual improvements to increase usability
Contact View
- List View: Added ability to drag and drop column headers to re-order the columns.
- List View: Added “Click Here To Add New” box to quickly add a new contact
- List View: Address column appears by default
- All Views: Moved GOTO box to top, and added alphabetic buttons for easy-click filtering
- All Views: Changed the GOTO to be a Contact Search instead of a simple GOTO specific point in list
- All Views: Improved Detail Pane options to include scrolling capabilities, phone icons, photo, and general layout improvements.
- All Views: Added ability to select/right click and copy data in the contact details pane
- All Views: Added scrollbar in Details Pane if needed for long notes, etc.

Calendar View
- Day View: Added ability to drag and drop tasks to meeting time slot for day shown, consequently changing task due date.
- Day View: In Task Section, improved Task Filtering to only show particular due date ranges and/or subsets to consolidate due date ranges (i.e., Today & Past Due)
- Day View: In Contacts Section, added filter to show only “Favorite Contacts”
- Day View: Changed day picker to S-M-T-W-T-F-S type selector, like Agendus Palm.
- Day View: On Meeting Block, added small image of attached contact if applicable.
- Day View: On Meeting Block, added ability to see Attendees (space permitting).
- Day View: On Meeting Block, show all note text (space permitting).
- Day View: For the “mini-month view”, added ability to see more months by sliding the vertical bar to the left.

- Month Views: Removed “diamond” next to untimed events since these items already appear in a box to differentiate them.
- Month View: Added a label for meetings that span over two days or multiple days. Also meetings that start on one day and end on another, these now display as spanning days in the month view of Agendus for Windows as they do in Outlook.
- Month View: In the clock mode, meeting time sections display in the category color for that meeting.
- Month View: In the clock mode, areas outside the user-defined working day time range are shaded darker like in Day View.
- Month View: Added ability to show Wallpaper in Year View. (If a day was set by the user to a specific color it will be shown in that color.)
- Month View: Added ability to create multi-day events by selecting day range like Outlook does. End date added to Meeting Edit dialogs.
- Added List View (like Bullet List View on Palm)
- All Views: Added ability to filter by Meeting Category
- Day View: Time before and after user-specified working day range now appears in a darker color.
- Day View: Hour number larger and bold. AM/PM only show on the first applicable hour.
- Day View: Ledger style coloring replaced by solid color for work day and bold lines at hour breaks & less bold lines at half-hour breaks.
- Day View: Untimed area at top changed to be gray

Task View
- Added roll-over capability to tasks and calls.
- List and Expanded modes: Changed to be SHOW OPTION/View specific preference. Multi-line enabled by default.
- Category color now represented by small rectangle next to the category name instead of as the background color for the entire row.
- Added Item totals next to each category name in category drop-down that displays the number of records in that category in parenthesis.
- In the date column, changed to only show the year on past due records if they aren’t in the current year.
- Matrix View: Labels changed to spell out: ‘Important Urgent’, ‘Important Not Urgent’, ‘Urgent Not Important’, ‘Not Important Not Urgent’
- Matrix View: Added totals next to each quadrant header to show how many tasks are in each quadrant.
- Totals added in parenthesis in date range drop-down.
- Added category filtering to the hierarchy mode as palm version has.
- Added ability to select multiple to dos and drag to another quadrant.
- Added “Edit in Place” for Due Date
- Implemented “In Place” category pop up to give ability to change category without opening item. (Multiple categories can be selected in Outlook Edition)
- Numbers in Priority field now represented by differentiating colors (1=red, 2=orange, 3=green, 4=blue, 5=black).
- Matrix View: Contact photo not shown by default.

Memo View
- Text area now larger
- Added Expanded View (Multi-line) selector
- Added columns for the modification date and creation date
- Implemented “In Place” category pop up to give ability to change category without opening item. (Multiple categories can be selected in Outlook Edition)
Icon Editor
- Added a low density icon editor to the edit icon dialog, so that both the high and low density icons in an icon family can be seen and edited at once.
- Added an option to import image from file (bmp, gif, jpg, etc)
- Added an option to be able to paste an image into the icon editor.
- Added a way to import an .idb file to create an icon set.
- Added the ability to drag and drop icons between sets by draging and dropping an icon on the icon set picker and then choosing the set that icon should be copied to.
Preferences
- Default dialog preference now set to Agendus
- Shortcut added to all views (except Memos) to that particular view’s preferences.
- If Palm Desktop is not installed, the Synchronization Options’ section of the Preferences > General tab is not shown.
- Changed all labels used to be consistent with Outlook (Calendar / Appointment, Task, Note, Contact)
- Changed the preferences to look like the Outlook 2003 style: icons on the left of the preference page, buttons to open separate dialogs of preferences instead of a tabbed interface within a tabbed interface.
- Added a preference tab for each view
- Wallpaper selection control added for each applicable view.
Printing
- Added hierarchy mode printout
- Added matrix mode printout
- Added the contact and photo fields to the memo view printout
- Print style defaulted to the current view
